13U Intermediate League is a step up from Major League and is played to the Little League 50/70 rules. It is a competitive grade against all other clubs within the Auckland Baseball Association. Whilst still playing on a junior diamond, the focus moves to positional development with players emerging as pitchers, catchers, infielders and outfielders, while striving for club, national and even international honours!
Our Players are able to trial for selection of the Auckland Little League team that competes for a spot in the Asia/Pacific Little League World Series qualifiers.
Games are generally played Saturday afternoons. ‘Home Games’ are played on the junior diamond at McLeod Park, and ‘Away Games’ are at various locations – the furthest location being Hamilton.
