Minor League 10U

Coach: TBA

Manager: TBA

General Infomation: 10U Minor League is the perfect introduction to Baseball. This league is played to the Little League rules, and competes against all the other Auckland Baseball Association teams in a non-competitive grade. This means that games are scored, but teams are not ranked, and the focus is on skill development and having fun.

The minor league grade is non-competitive which means that the games are scored but not ranked. The focus is on skill development and having fun. This grade plays on a junior diamond with a softer ball, and will learn to throw, catch, hit and pitch.

This WestCity 10U team placed 2nd in the Auckland Baseball Championship for the 20/21 Season

Games are Saturday mornings at approx. 9am (subject to change for 21/22). Home games are played on the junior diamond at McLeod Park, and Away games are at various locations around the city.

West City is committed to growing Baseball in Auckland, and we believe that the 10U grade is the best place to start.

To be eligible to play in the 10U grade, a child cannot turn 11 before the 1st of September 2022. This criteria is set on the Little League rules. If they turn 11 before the date given they must play in the higher grade
