The Team Manager is normally a parent of child within the team, and will generally be the ‘organiser of the team’. It is a rewarding position and you’ll play a big part in creating the team culture & inclusivity of the team.
The Team Manager responsibilities include:
- Organising home game umpires
- Organising a scorer for each game
- Co-ordinating players
- Team communications
- Heja updates with game schedules & comms
- Helping organising the team for events (i.e. Nationals)
- Ensuring everyone is in the correct uniform
